Last one/largest one

Center stage and 10 feet by 7 feet, this blank canvas takes up the entire width of my back wall. This is the last one for the installation. Anything after this is bonus and perhaps, for an upcoming book I will post another pic once I transfer the drawing.

Strength in numbers….

I am close to my baker’s dozen. Strong Woman is almost there but I will have to spend most of today refining her body and defining hints of a crowd in the background. Sorry about not posting the progress as I usually do over the past week. So is there a female equivalent for the [...]

Still not pierced

The rods are now more 3d and I’ll leave the points in the skin for another day. I refined the background a bit more. School starts again tomorrow as well as an early workout

Pierced! (Not yet)

So, as you can see, I decided to go with the vel kavadi. However, I have a long way to go to make this work. More depth and contrast is needed. I will work on the face and the rods piercing the skin. I also have to trim that mullet. I am flying out tomorrow for [...]
