Skully

Holbein the Younger? Well, not exactly but it is in there. I just did not use anamorphic perspective. Do you see it? :) Her face has a slight smirk and I added more contrast.

Next, is the fakir. I am just torn between the Sun Dance or the Kavadi. I am leaning towards the Kavadi because I do not think that any banners have been created about this. However, it does present a challenge since I cannot fit an entire altar within the banner without having to shrink the proportion of Fakir. I have prepared a close cropped version and the drawing has already been transferred. In short, it looks like bicycle spokes pierced through a torso. This would be more like a fakir rather than the Sun Dance, but the Sun Dance would be simple, graphic (as in shapes/contrast/good positive/negative space) and easy to convey with 1 or 2 large fish hooks. Granted, if I go for 2 hooks, that is more modern primitives but I like the shape the skin makes when it is stretched with two hooks. It reminds me of steep hills. Until tomorrow…..
