I changed the theme of my blog so that people can actually leave comments. However, I did like the previous minimalist design especially since I could partially figure out how to edit the CSS so that there was a consistent theme with my website. Now, people can comment but every time I try to modify the CSS, I only get half of my navigation (which I’m sure you may have noticed). My nested menu does not work either and there is no stylistic resemblance to my site
I stayed up until 2 a.m. trying to modify with no further success. I am close to giving up on this one for now. Perhaps it would help if I knew some php too but that would be out of my league now that school is starting next week. I will continue painting today instead of trying to learn something else. Needless to say, I’m frustrated and I just want the pages to match
The tunnel vision sets in and then I do not stop until I get it right. The light at the end of this tunnel is dim.
I also tried to add the blog subscription widget (email subscription) to no avail. I have to manually add subscribers (boo!). So, if you just received notification of this post, you know that you are on my short subscription list
One success story for today: I figured out how to use Typekit to enhance the typography of my website. Now, if I could only figure out how to apply it to my blog….(sigh).

Don’t worry, it’s coming along. I’m sure you have access to the most excellent of resources.
LOL
Yes, I have access to the most excellent resources. Just let me know when you want access to them
So, I guess the settings I changed worked?
